department, with a focus on bread. Working alongside other team members, bakers have the following responsibilities:

Baking quickbreads, scones, and breads Training opportunities on bread mixing and baking after proficiency in bread

shaping is demonstrated over at least three months No experience with commercial baking is required, though experienced
