About the Role
Part Time Baker The baker is responsible for producing a full range of handcrafted donuts and other baked goods from
start to finish each day. This includes mixing dough, proofing, and frying. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and
requires strong attention to detail and consistency and will complete other duties as needed. General Responsibilities:
Mix, prepare, and proof donut doughs Cut, shape, fry, and finish donuts according to shop standards Prepare glazes,
fillings, and toppings Maintain consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste Follow daily production schedules
to meet demand Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times Monitor ingredient levels and communicate
