Battery Assembler

About the Role

Battery Assembler Reporting to the Production Manager, the Battery Assembler is part of a team responsible for

assembling an entire product or a component. Assemblers rotate through various tasks within the assembly process rather

than being assigned to a permanent role. This position requires in-house training on IPC-620 standards, welding, general

assembly processes, and basic Cirris testing, as outlined in Non-Conforming SOP 8.3. Direct Reports: N/A Key

Responsibilities & Duties: Rotate through different tasks in the production process as needed. Assemble cables, battery

packs, and electro-mechanical components. Follow and uphold the organization's quality standards and work instructions.
