About the Role
Baker Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and
garden center Volante Farms has over one hundred years in the community. In 2012, the farm stand was remodeled adding
two kitchens, a deli, bakery, and an ice cream stand/coffee bar. We are looking for a Baker to join our growing team in
our pastry kitchen! Our goal is to make great food using great ingredients, focusing on scratch cooking, and using our
homegrown produce. Our Baker will: Execute recipes Produce orders for our pastry department The Baker will be offered
benefits if full time, including 401K, profit sharing, competitive wages, paid time off, and employee discounts.
