About the Role
The Meat/Seafood Butcher is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the
freshest quality product. The Butcher prepares precise and high-quality cuts of meat/seafood. They also maintain
department conditions, to include proper ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the meat/seafood
areas. The Butcher provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers. Must project a clean and professional
appearance. Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule
in accordance with the needs of the store. Must have completed Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program and/or
Responsibilities
