About the Role

Gold Star Foods Driver Position Gold Star Foods is the leading food distributor to K-12 schools in the United States. We

are a company devoted to providing our customers with incredible customer service. This position is a critical support

role for the Transportation Team. As a Driver, duties include transporting goods to routes in a commercial vehicle,

making deliveries and pickups to and from school sites and warehouses, and communicating with management team, and

dispatchers. Safely operate a commercial vehicle. Load and unload cargo. Basic truck maintenance. Inspect vehicles for

mechanical and safety issues before and after each trip. Meet delivery schedules while maintaining safe work practices.
