About the Role
CNC Machinist 1 The CNC Machinist 1 is responsible for operating CNC lathe equipment to manufacture precision parts that
meet dimensional and quality specifications. This role includes machine setup adjustments, inspection, deburring,
cleaning, and maintaining accurate production and quality records. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC machining
experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment. Operate
CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation
by changing inserts, tool holders, skimming jaws, and performing routine adjustments Inspect machined parts using
