About the Role

CNC Machine Operator MMG machine operators produce a variety of precision metal parts primarily from Aluminum, Steel,

Brass, and Copper, using computer numerically-controlled (CNC) machine tools such as Vertical and Horizontal Milling

Machines as well as Conventional, Multi-Op and Swiss Style Lathes. Key Responsibilities Review blueprints and/or written

specifications for a job Write programs and apply machine tool math Understand and monitor the feed rate and speed of

machine Set-up controls and make the cuts to make machined parts Ensure machine is working properly through standard

preventative maintenance procedures and to make certain machine is properly feeding, cutting, cooling and lubricating
