and excellent customer experience. Schedule and dispatch service technicians to meet customer service needs promptly and

efficiently. Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth operations within the service

department. Manage service appointment bookings via phone, email, and in-person requests. Maintain accurate records of

all service orders, technician assignments, and customer communications. Provide excellent customer service and assist
