About the Role

The Dispatcher coordinates the schedules, assignments, and communications for Service and Preventative Maintenance (PM)

Technicians to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The Dispatcher serves as the primary point

of contact for customers, technicians, and management, balancing daily workload, prioritizing urgent calls, and

maintaining accurate records of service and PM activities. This role requires excellent customer service skills,

attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and knowledge of HVAC/R systems and service operations. Qualifications: *
