Landscaping By J. Michael is looking for a skilled and passionate Gardener / Horticulturalist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, takes pride in quality landscape care, and is excited to contribute to the

continued growth of our horticultural department. What This Role Looks Like In this role, you'll take ownership of

day-to-day horticultural operations while leading a small crew and ensuring high-quality maintenance across residential

and commercial properties. Planning and scheduling daily operations for the horticultural department Applying best

practices in pruning, fertilization, and disease/pest management Maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial
