About the Role
Industrial Painter Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year The position provides leadership to coatings technicians, manages
workflow, ensures safety compliance, and drives efficiency and quality improvements. Responsibilities of the Industrial
Painter Supervise daily operations of the industrial coatings department Lead, train, and assign work to coatings
technicians and support staff Ensure proper surface preparation, coating application, curing, and inspection Enforce
safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards Monitor material usage, equipment condition, and preventive
maintenance Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and workflow Qualifications of the Industrial Painter
