About the Role
Pastry Cook Hi-Rise Bread Company is hiring a full-time Pastry Cook in their pastry department. Working alongside other
team members, the Pastry Cook will have the following basic responsibilities, with increased responsibilities as
experience and skill provides: Scaling wet and dry ingredients according to recipe specifications Making a variety of
seasonal jams, sauces and fillings. Baking a variety of quickbreads, pastries, cookies and tarts. Making, stacking and
decorating cakes. Managing and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Over one year of experience is preferred.
