lead gardeners aren't just executors - they're stewards, thinkers, and collaborators. We're seeking an experienced Lead
Gardener who wants ownership, variety, and the opportunity to help shape gardens over time. What You'll Do Lead fine
gardening work: pruning, planting, bed care, seasonal maintenance Take ownership of assigned properties and support
long-term garden planning Apply organic and ecological land care practices Guide and mentor gardeners and junior
