About the Role
Machine Operator II - Conditioning 1st Shift (M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm) Sets up and operates shears and leveling machines used
in the production of tantalum and niobium products. Sands or grinds rolled materials to remove surface imperfections and
meet product specifications including but not limited to Class 1 requirements Sets up and operates leveling equipment
Assists as needed in the handling of material at the rolling mills under the direction of the Rolling Mill Operator
Requires mechanical aptitude Follows good safety practices, complies with PPE requirements and follows environmental
policies Must be able to understand specifications and use measuring instruments with assistance Requires ability to
