retail operations running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting

equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician is

responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment throughout Willow Tree's production, warehouse,

retail, and facility operations. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting preventive
