About the Role
Overview POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the supervisor or designee, the Maintenance Technician performs
semi-skilled building and equipment maintenance and construction tasks, The Maintenance Technician assists technicians
on major repairs or new construction, installs, repairs, modifies, and maintains a variety of equipment and
electro-mechanical systems used including ancillary and laboratory equipment. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •
Assist plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other mechanical journeymen, in major repairs and maintenance; which may
involve following blueprints and written instructions • Lubricate, clean, and paint mechanical equipment • Clean
