About the Role
General Maintenance Worker The General Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a wide range of facility
maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks across assigned sites. This requires practical skills and knowledge in
such trades as: plumbing, electrical, painting, light maintenance and construction activities. May also perform routine
custodial work. Shift: M-F 1:00 pm - 9:30pm Primary Job Functions: Perform general building repairs that do not require
a specialized trade license, including painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing/bathroom repairs, door and hardware
repair. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed Inspect facilities, equipment, and surfaces
