About the Role
Pastry Chef Hourly Pastry Chef is responsible for following established recipes in the preparation and cooking of menu
items. Assists in the preparation of various foods in assigned workstations including but not limited to fresh produce,
proteins and other pantry ingredients Stores and properly handles raw and prepared foods Cleans and sanitizes production
equipment, work surfaces and kitchen station based on assigned tasks Prepares and handles food in a manner consistent
with local health department guidelines and/or Levy standards Employs good safety and sanitation practices in order to
prevent hazards including but not limited to, slips, trips, falls and burns, and reports injuries, unsafe conditions or
