About the Role
Service Drive Valet The Clay Subaru Valet is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently
managing the parking and retrieval of customer vehicles. This role involves greeting customers, assisting with vehicle
handling, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients visiting the dealership. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival. Provide clear and accurate
information about service processes and estimated wait times. Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up. This
consists of walking customers out to their cars after service is completed. Vehicle Handling: Safely park and retrieve
