About the Role
Maintenance Technician Eastaway Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 156-unit affordable
multifamily property located in Watertown, MA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent
resident service through daily maintenance projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. Daily property
maintenance activities, including apartment maintenance, general electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.
