About the Role
Job Summary We are looking for a Shop Trailer Mechanic II to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, light
repairs, and advanced repairs under supervision. The role is a dedicated on‐site shop position; emergency roadside
repairs are not performed. Salary & Compensation Hourly base rate: $26.63–$40.00/hour. Compensation may include
commission or incentive programs. New hire bonus: $5,000 (50% after 30days, 50% after 180days). Duties Follow safe
operating practices and company policies. Determine parts required, coordinate with Shop Parts Department, and maintain
a clean work environment. Assist Service Writer with customer needs and resolve issues. Perform scheduled PM, DOT
