About the Role

Educator Opportunity Needham Public School District is an inclusive, dynamic, and multicultural community seeking an

energetic, skilled, and warm educator to join our team. Diverse candidates, especially those from historically

marginalized and silenced groups such as educators of color, are highly encouraged to apply. Approximately 20-25

hours/week transporting special education students within the town. The schedule is a split shift of 7-9 am, 11-12 pm,

and 2-4 pm. (Fewer hours during the summer months.) The rate is dependent on experience. Benefits are available -

health, dental, and retirement. Possible charter trips are also available over the 20-hour workweek. Employment as a
